目的:利用近红外光谱建立一种快速测定山茱萸水分含量的方法。方法:采用烘干法测定山茱萸样品中的水分含量,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立其含量与近红外光谱之间的校正模型,对山茱萸样品中的水分含量进行快速测定。结果:通过比较不同的建模参数,优化模型,建立水分模型的相关系数(R2),校正均方差(RMSEC)和预测校正均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.990 52,0.297,0.819。结论:该方法具有简便快速、准确、无损的特点,可应用于大批量山茱萸药材中水分的快速检测。
Objective: To establish a rapid method for the determination of water content of Cornus officinalis by near infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The moisture content of dogwood samples was determined by drying method. The calibration model was established by partial least squares (PLS) between the content and the near-infrared spectroscopy. The water content in the samples was determined rapidly. Results: Correlation coefficients (R2), RMSEC and RMSEP of the model were 0.990 52,0.297 and 0.819 respectively by comparing different modeling parameters and optimizing the model. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and nondestructive. It can be applied to the rapid detection of water in large quantities of Cornus officinalis.
