我院自1991年1月至1995年5月收治结肠癌98例,经手术病检证实,其中有39例以急性肠梗阻急诊收入院,现将39例病人急诊手术情况做如下分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 性别与年龄男23例,女16例,男女之比为1.44:1。年龄从21～78岁,平均56.3岁,60岁以上20例(占51.3%),50岁以上28例(占71.8%)。 1.2 癌肿部位回盲部7例,升结肠1例,肝曲12例,脾曲4例,降结肠3例,乙状结肠8例,乙状结肠、直肠交界部2例,升结肠与降结肠、乙状结肠与直肠(相距20cm)多
In our hospital from January 1991 to May 1995, 98 cases of colon cancer were treated. Surgical examination confirmed that 39 cases of acute intestinal obstruction emergency income hospital, now 39 cases of emergency surgery as the following analysis. 1 Clinical data 1.1 There were 23 males and 16 females in age and gender, and the male to female ratio was 1.44:1. The age ranged from 21 to 78 years, with an average of 56.3 years, 20 cases above 60 years old (51.3%), and 28 cases above the age of 50 (71.8%). 1.2 7 cases of edematous site, 1 case of ascending colon, 12 cases of hepatic curvature, 4 cases of splenic flexure, 3 cases of descending colon, 8 cases of sigmoid colon, 2 cases of sigmoid colon and rectum junction, ascending colon and descending colon, sigmoid colon and Rectum (20cm apart)
