目的:研究个体化营养治疗对2型糖尿病住院患者的应用疗效。方法:选取2014年至2015年本院接治的60例2型糖尿病住院患者为对象,将其分成两组,对照组、观察组各30例;对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施个体化营养治疗,观察比较两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组患者在血脂控制、血糖控制、体质量控制以及饮食控制上都要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病住院患者实施个体化营养治疗,能够有效帮助患者控制血糖、血脂以及饮食。
Objective: To study the effect of individualized nutrition therapy on inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were divided into two groups, control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and the observation group received individualized nutrition Treatment, observed and compared the efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: The observation group patients were better than the control group in blood lipid control, blood sugar control, body weight control and diet control (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Individualized nutrition therapy for inpatients with type 2 diabetes can effectively help patients control their blood glucose, blood lipids, and diet.
