经过半年多时间的积极准备,水利部科教司、外事司和世界银行经济发展学院于1990年3月31日至4月21日在南京河海大学共同举办了中国江河多目标开发经济政策高级研讨班并圆满地完成了它的任务。研讨班聘请了世界银行、亚洲开发银行13位专家作了专题报告。参加研讨班的中国专家来自水利部、部分高等院校、七个流域机构、水利水电规划设计总院、丹江口水利枢纽管理局以及部分省、直辖市水利厅(局)等单位,共40多人,其中有7人也作了专题报告。此外,还邀请了中国财政部、国家环保局、世界银行驻中国代表处的专家来研讨班指导工作。研讨班的主持人有:杨定原(中国水利部外事司司长)、武韶英(中国水利部科教司副司长)、孙伯泉Peter Sun(世界银行经济发展学院经济专家)、梁永庚(中国河海大学管理学院副院长)。
After more than half a year of active preparation, the Department of Science, Education, Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Water Resources and the World Bank Institute for Economic Development jointly held an advanced study on China’s rivers and rivers multi-objective development economic policy from March 31 to April 21, 1990 at Nanjing Hohai University. The class successfully completed its mission. The seminar hired 13 experts from the World Bank and Asian Development Bank to make a special report. The Chinese experts participating in the seminar came from the Ministry of Water Resources, some colleges and universities, seven river basin agencies, the General Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design, the Danjiangkou Water Conservancy Administration, and some provincial and municipal water conservancy departments (bureaus) and other units, totaling more than 40 people. Seven of them also made special reports. In addition, experts from the Ministry of Finance of China, the State Environmental Protection Agency, and the World Bank Office in China were invited to work in seminars. Leaders of the seminar are: Yang Dingyuan (Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources), Wu Yuying (Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Education, China Ministry of Water Resources), Sun Sunquan Peter Sun (economic expert of the World Bank Institute of Economic Development), Liang Yonggeng (China Hohai University Management) Deputy Dean of the College).
