目的:观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选择160例小儿手足口病患者,随机分为2组,各80例。对照组口服利巴韦林颗粒治疗;观察组口服蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。结果:总有效率观察组95%,对照组70%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疱疹消退时间、口腔溃疡痊愈时间、总病程、用药后热程等均优于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗手足口病临床疗效明显,并且能够缩短疗程。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Po Di Lan anti-inflammatory oral solution in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: 160 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases each. Control group oral ribavirin particles treatment; observation group oral poyanglan anti-inflammatory oral solution treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 95% in observation group and 70% in control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group herpes subsided time, mouth ulcer healing time, the total duration of disease, the fever after treatment were better than the control group, the two groups, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Po Di Lan anti-inflammatory oral solution for the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease has obvious curative effect and can shorten the course of treatment.
