精细化管理是企业安全生产追求的较高境界。笔者所在的供电承装公司属于施工企业,公司的性质特点是施工点多、面广、战线长,分散流动性大,面临大安全形势十分严峻,突出表现在:(1)职工安全素质普遍低下,是事故的易发群体;(2)社会矛盾突出,青赔矛盾、农民工和管理人员的矛盾导致队伍不稳定,思想波动大,安全隐患多;(3)工器具缺陷令人防不胜防,隐患四伏;(4)技术管理粗放型的现状没有根本改变,科技创新成果需要满足新的施工需要;(5)施工人员缺乏安全生产知识,事故规避能力和自我保护
Fine management is the pursuit of high-level production safety. The power supply bearing company where the author belongs is a construction enterprise.
