中华丹参酒含丹参、山楂、三七等,经薄层扫描检测证明有参酮Ⅱ—A及隐丹参酮等化合物。微循环显微电视及显微定量法表明,本酒1ml/Kg 灌胃30分钟后,使金黄地鼠颊囊毛细血管计数显著增加(P<0.05),5ml/Kg 灌胃30分钟后使家兔眼球结膜微循环毛细血管计数增加(P<0.001),10ml/Kg 灌胃后1小时使家兔全血粘度下降(P<0.05)。24小时后能缓解异丙肾上腺素诱发的实验性微循环障碍。本酒还能使狗、山羊、家兔及大白的鼠血压下降,抑制大鼠血小板聚集,对小鼠有镇静及提高常压耐缺氧能力。
