为了测定铌及寻求磷钼铌三元络合物形成的适宜条件,笔者曾参照资料于过量磷钼酸存在下,加入不同量的铌,得到了颜色深度与铌量成比例的蓝色络合物。干扰试验证明:不是铌而是存在于铌标准溶液中的酒石酸参与了磷钼杂多酸的还原反应(反应机理尚待研究),基于这一发现,试验了测定磷的酒石酸还原钼蓝光度法。 络合物最大吸收波长在820~830mm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.7×10~4;反应有较好的选择性,硅无干扰,方法适于一般矿石中
