纳米载银无机抗菌材料作为一种新型的纳米材料,近年来已被广泛应用于医疗研究领域中.该材料是用纳米技术通过特定的方法将银离子吸附在纳米级无机载体上,制备出纳米载银沸石、纳米载银TiO2、纳米载银SiO2、纳米载银ZnO等一系列粒径在10~100 nm的新型纳米材料,其在抗菌性能、机械强度、生物安全性及外观上均较传统金属有机口腔修复材料具有显著优势.本文就近年来纳米载银无机抗菌剂在口腔修复材料中的研究进展作一综述.“,”Nano silver antibacterial materials,as a new type of nano materials, have been widely used in the medical field in recent years. Nano silver inorganic antimicrobial materials are prepared by silver ions adsorbed onto the nano inorganic carrier of new nano materials with the particle size of 10 ~100 nm generated by nanotechnology, such as silver-supported nano zeolites, silver-supported nano TiO2, silver-supported nano SiO2and silver-sup-ported nano ZnO. Compared with the traditional metal and organic materials, the nano silver antibacterial materials have remarkable advantages in antibacterial properties, mechanical strength, biocompatibility and color retention. In this paper,the recent progress in the application of nano silver free antibacterial agents in prosthodontics is reviewed.
