抗战胜利后,中共以里应外合思想为指导,采用武力、和平两种方式,希望借助苏军,或分化瓦解日军,先后两次尝试夺取北平、天津,以主导华北局势。这两次尝试,是中共充分实践里应外合思想的范例,是夺取大中城市诸多行动中,集中精力最多,寄希望最大的一次,也充分证明了,里应外合思想不可能指导中国革命胜利。经过两次尝试,中共果断放弃里应外合思想,重新探索实现革命胜利的具体途径。
After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the Chinese Communist Party, guided by the principle of both foreign and co-operation, used both military force and peaceful means, hoping to use the Soviet Union or split and collaborate to break down the Japanese troops, and successively tried to seize Peking and Tianjin in order to dominate the situation in North China. These two attempts were examples of the CPC’s ideal of combining foreign affairs with full practice. They were the ones that seized most of the actions of large and medium-sized cities with the greatest concentration of energy and placed the greatest hopes on them. They fully proved that it is impossible for Gui Li and He Guhe to guide the victory of the Chinese revolution. After two attempts, the Chinese Communist Party decided to abandon the idea of co-integration with the United States and re-explore concrete ways to achieve the victory of the revolution.
