现在容易过敏的人好像越来越多了,食物过敏人群占大多数,那么什么是过敏,哪些食物容易引起过敏?我们该如何应对呢?下面我们一一道来。什么是过敏过敏是免疫系统参与的特异性反应,免疫系统是身体的防御系统,能够为身体不喜欢的物质打上标记,当再次接受相同物质刺激的时候就会发生反应。实际上,大部分的过敏反应不是以IgE的反应为基础的,而是IgG介导的。多数的食物过敏都是迟发性反应,在1小时后,甚至3天后,才表现出症状,所以很难检测出来。
