本文系统地研究了烧结温度、保温时间和冷却速度对添加CeO_2与La_2O_3的W-Ni-Cu高比重合金的主要性能之影响规律;并研究了CeO_2与La_2O_3添加量对合金性能和烧结工艺的影响。结果表明,在最佳添加量和烧结工艺条件下,添加有CeO_2与La_2O_3的W-Ni-Cu合金之抗拉强度有所提高。并对CeO_2和La_2O_3的弥散强化作用和对烧结过程的影响作了理论分析。还对添加CeO_2与La_2O_3的新型合金进行了高温抗氧化性试验与在五种不同介质中的腐蚀试验。
In this paper, the influence of sintering temperature, holding time and cooling rate on the main properties of W-Ni-Cu high specific gravity alloys with CeO_2 and La_2O_3 additions was systematically investigated. The effects of CeO_2 and La_2O_3 addition on the properties of the alloys and the sintering process were also studied . The results show that the tensile strength of W-Ni-Cu alloy with CeO_2 and La_2O_3 increases with the optimum addition amount and sintering process. The effect of dispersion strengthening of CeO_2 and La_2O_3 on the sintering process was also analyzed. New alloys with CeO_2 and La_2O_3 additions were also tested for high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion in five different media.
