通过5根配置HRBF500级钢筋的混凝土简支梁的三面受火试验,探讨了混凝土保护层厚度、荷载比、试件配筋率等因素对HRBF500级钢筋混凝土简支梁耐火性能的影响。试验结果表明:各试件截面温度场分布接近;混凝土保护层厚度和荷载比对试件耐火极限时间影响较大,试件配筋率对耐火极限影响不明显。混凝土保护层越厚、配筋率越大,耐火极限时间越长;荷载比越大,耐火极限时间越短。
Three fire tests of five reinforced concrete simply supported beams with HRBF500 were carried out to discuss the influence of concrete cover thickness, load ratio and specimen reinforcement ratio on the fire resistance of HRBF500 reinforced concrete simply supported beams. The test results show that the distribution of temperature field of each specimen is close to one another. The thickness and load ratio of concrete cover have a significant influence on the refractory time, and the influence of specimen reinforcement ratio on fire resistance is not obvious. The thicker the concrete cover, the greater the reinforcement ratio, the longer the fire resistance limit; the greater the load ratio, the shorter the fire resistance limit time.
