本研究结合铁尾矿砂和机制砂的特性,采用稳塑剂和开放时间调节剂,制备出不同强度等级的湿拌砂浆,同时研究了稳塑剂掺量、开放时间调节剂掺量对湿拌砂浆稠度、工作性能、开放时间、强度和收缩性能的影响。研究结果表明:当铁尾矿砂和机制砂比例为5:5时,混合砂的空隙率达到最小值34%,砂浆流动性最好;配制的湿拌砂浆具有良好的工作性能,较高的保水性,施工开放时间>24h,28d收缩率<9×10-4,能有效地降低砂浆开裂的风险;在不同环境温度下,随着调节剂掺量的增加,砂浆开放时间逐渐增大。
Based on the characteristics of iron tailing sand and mechanism sand, wet-mixed mortar with different strength grades was prepared by using the stabilizer and the open time regulator.
