作者用SD系大白鼠32只,分为两组:单纯高压蒸气骨移植组(16只)和高压蒸气骨+AAA骨(AutolyzedAntigen-extractedAlogenicbone)复合移植组(16只)。用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对两组的成骨情况和骨愈合过程进行组织形态学研究。结果表明:单纯高压蒸气骨移植组自术后1周开始有新骨形成,4周时新骨形成最旺盛,移植骨大部被新生骨取代,8周时宿主骨和移植骨间完全呈骨性连接;添加AAA骨复合移植组比单纯高压蒸气骨移植组在移植骨周围新骨形成丰富而且量多,新生骨内骨髓形成也早,但移植骨被新骨取代和置换不如单纯高压蒸气骨移植组显著,未见免疫排斥反应。
Thirty-two SD rats were divided into two groups: the group of pure high-pressure steam bone graft (16) and the group of autolyzed all-extracted collagen bone graft (16). The morphology of the osteogenesis and the process of bone healing in both groups were studied by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the new bone was formed at 1 week after operation in the group of simple hyperbaric bone transplantation. At 4 weeks, the formation of new bone was the most exuberant. Most of the bone graft was replaced by new bone. At 8 weeks, the bone was completely connected with the bone graft Compared with the hyperbaric vapor-transplanted bone graft group, the new bone formation in the AAA group was more abundant and the amount of new bone formation was higher than that in the high-pressure steam group alone. Significantly, no immune rejection reaction.
