本研究选取我院收治的糖尿病患者66例作为实验组,选取时段为2015年5月至2016年5月期间,另取健康人66例作为对照组,对2组促甲状腺激素、逆-三碘甲腺原氨酸、总甲状腺激素、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量进行比较和分析。结果:实验组患者在治疗前,与对照组相比,逆-三碘甲腺原氨酸含量明显较高,比较差异P<0.05;总三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量明显较低,比较差异P<0.05;而促甲状腺激素及总甲状腺激素含量2组比较差异P>0.05。结论:甲状腺激素含量变化会影响糖尿病患者病情变化,在糖尿病病情观察中逆-三碘甲腺原氨酸及总三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量可作为判断标准。
In this study, 66 cases of diabetic patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group, the selection period was from May 2015 to May 2016, another 66 healthy people were taken as the control group, the two groups of thyrotropin, Thyroid acid, total thyroid hormone, total triiodothyronine content were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of anti-triiodothyronine in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the total triiodothyronine was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group <0.05; and thyroid-stimulating hormone and total thyroid hormone content in the two groups were significantly different P> 0.05. Conclusion: The changes of thyroid hormones will affect the changes of diabetic patients. In the observation of diabetes, the contents of trans-triiodothyronine and triiodothyronine can be used as the criterion.
