一、概述目前我国各研究所、工厂、高等院校所从事的高温蠕变试验,均为人工进行。这种试验周期长达数月,要昼夜不断人值班来定时采集多路数据。这样不仅占用了大量人力,且因采集时间不准确,影响试验精度,甚至使长期的试验报废。为完成上述任务,我们研制了MTAS—1多路定时自动采集数据系统,其主要技术性能如下:
I. Overview At present, China’s institutes, factories, colleges and universities engaged in high-temperature creep test, are carried out manually. This test period of up to several months, people should be constantly on duty day and night to collect multiple data regularly. This not only takes up a lot of manpower, but also because of the acquisition time is not accurate, affect the accuracy of the test, and even make the long-term test scrapped. To accomplish the above tasks, we developed MTAS-1 multi-channel timing automatic acquisition data system, the main technical performance as follows:
