对居家养老服务员进行高血压、糖尿病相关知识和测量技术培训的效果观察

目的了解对居家养老服务员进行高血压、糖尿病相关知识和测量技术培训的效果。方法对上海市浦东新区万祥社区95名居家养老服务员进行2次高血压、糖尿病相关知识和血压、血糖测量技术的培训,采用自制调查问卷进行评估和考核,观察培训前后评分的变化。结果居家养老服务员高血压、糖尿病相关知识和血压、血糖测量操作技术的评分与文化程度均有关,初中及以上学历者平均分高于小学文化者。居家养老服务员年龄与高血压知识和血压、血糖测量操作评分无关,与糖尿病知识得分有关,年龄≤50岁者的得分较高。居家养老服务员高血压、糖尿病相关知识每次培训后平均得分和及格率均有提高。第2次培训前平均得分低于第1次培训后,第2次培训后平均得分高于第1次培训后。2次培训后血压、血糖测量技术评分也均有提高,第2次培训前平均评分高于第1次培训后,第2次培训后平均评分高于第1次培训后。结论居家养老服务员的糖尿病、高血压相关知识和血压、血糖测量操作能力与学历有关,学历高者掌握程度较高;年龄的影响不明显。对居家养老服务员开展相关知识教育和操作技能培训有明显的效果,重复培训能进一步提高学员的知识水平和操作能力。 Objectives To understand the effects of home-based attendant training on hypertension and diabetes-related knowledge and measurement techniques. Methods 95 senior home attendants in Wanxiang community of Shanghai Pudong New Area were trained in 2 hypertension and diabetes related knowledge and blood pressure and blood glucose measurement techniques. The self - made questionnaires were used to evaluate and assess the changes of scores before and after training. Results The home-attendant attendant hypertension and diabetes-related knowledge and blood pressure, blood glucose measurement technology and operation of the score are related to education, junior high school education and above average score higher than primary school culture. The age of home attendant was related to knowledge of hypertension, blood pressure and blood glucose measurement scores, but was related to diabetes knowledge score. Home attendant high blood pressure, diabetes-related knowledge of each training average score and pass rates have increased. The average score before the second training was lower than that of the first training, and the average score after the second training was higher than that after the first training. The blood pressure and blood glucose measurement score increased after 2 trainings. The average score before the second training was higher than that after the first training. The average score after the second training was higher than that after the first training. Conclusion Home-based attendant attending diabetes, hypertension-related knowledge and blood pressure, blood glucose measurement operating ability and academic qualifications, higher education masters higher degree; the impact of age is not obvious. The home-based attendant to carry out knowledge-based education and operational skills training has obvious effects, repeated training can further enhance the trainees knowledge and ability to operate.
