房地产事业的崛起也在一定程度上带动了房产测绘行业的发展,房产测绘行业不仅能够获取更多的经济效益,同时也需要承担更大的社会及法律责任。房屋面积测绘工作是房产测绘中的重要内容,对帮助有关人员明确房产实际面积方面有重要作用,其测绘质量理应得到我国房地产行业的重视。本文就房产测绘中测绘面积的质量控制进行了研究分析。
