The “middle and high-rise masonry-composite wall-construction housing technical seminar” jointly organized by the Shenyang Urban-rural Construction Committee and the Liaoning Provincial Architectural Design Institute was held in Shenyang from May 5th to 7th, 1988. More than 30 experts and professors from all over the country attended the meeting.
