目的:普及乳腺癌健康教育科普知识,提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率,完善筛查及早诊早治方案。方法:采用乳腺临床体检、乳腺超声检查、乳腺钼靶X线摄片相结合的检查方法,乳腺癌的最终确诊均以组织病理学检查结果为依据。结果:2008年筛查适龄农村妇女1万名,术后确诊乳腺癌6例,筛查人群中乳腺癌的发病率为60/10万。结论:提高了乳腺癌防治知识在农村的知晓率,提高了医务人员对乳腺疾病的诊治水平,取得良好社会效益。
Objective: To popularize popular science knowledge of breast health education, improve the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer, improve screening and early diagnosis and early treatment programs. Methods: The clinical examination of breast, breast ultrasound, mammography combined with mammography, the final diagnosis of breast cancer are based on histopathological examination results. Results: In 2008, 10,000 rural women of the appropriate age were screened, 6 were diagnosed with breast cancer after surgery, and the incidence of breast cancer in the screening population was 60 / 100,000. Conclusion: The awareness rate of breast cancer prevention and treatment knowledge in rural areas has been raised, the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases by medical staff has been enhanced and good social benefits have been achieved.
