Regulatory T cells (Tregs), a new type of immunosuppressive regulatory cells, play an important role in maintaining normal immune tolerance and immune homeostasis, and are associated with autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, organs Transplant tolerance, immune tolerance and tumor immunity are closely related. Antigen-specific Treg can play a role for specific antigens, its effect is superior to polyclonal Treg, but its application is greatly limited because of its low content in vivo and its difficulty of expanding in vitro. Therefore, how to efficiently induce and amplify antigen-specific Tregs for specific immunotherapy has become an important research topic. In this paper, the methods of antigen-specific Treg amplification in recent years and their applications are reviewed.
