近期,北京市食品药品监督管理局对本市销售的柑橘类食品开展了专项监督抽检和风险监测。本次柑橘类食品的监督抽检,主要依据《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760-2014),检测了甜味剂(糖精钠、安赛蜜、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜)、防腐剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸)、着色剂(苋菜红、胭脂红、诱惑红、柠檬黄、日落黄等)项目;风险监测重点监测了橘红2号、苏丹橙G、分散橙11、碱性嫩黄、分散黄3、分散红1、碱性橙21、罗丹明B、对位红、苏丹红Ⅰ、苏丹红G、甲苯胺红、分散橙37、苏丹红Ⅱ、碱性橙22、玫瑰
