基于虚拟样机技术实现分插机构的运动仿真分析及改进设计。使用Pro/E软件建立椭圆齿轮分插机构的三维实体模型,并导入到MSC. ADAMS软件中进行运动仿真分析。从仿真结果可以看到,在软件后处理中的秧爪尖点的速度曲线图有明显的几处波动,表明此处的速度大小有突变,不利于插秧位置的准确性以及分插机构运行的平稳性。经分析是由于补偿机构中的凸轮设计不合理所致,通过对补偿机构中的凸轮进行改进设计,然后重新在MSC. ADAMS中进行仿真分析,改进后的分插机构的秧爪尖点速度曲线图波动相比之前明显改善,提高了分插机构插秧的准确性及运行的平稳性,延长了齿轮的使用寿命。
