[目的]分析小学生体质指数(BMI)与重要脂肪细胞因子的相关性.[方法]采用整群抽样方法抽取延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生3 879名作为研究对象,调查一般情况,测定BMI、血清脂联素(ADP)、脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)、瘦素(LEP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.采用国际生命科学学会中国肥胖工作组(WGOC)制定的BMI标准评价学生的BMI分级.[结果]调整年龄、性别和民族的协方差分析结果显示,延边地区小学生LEP,TNF-α,A-FABP平均水平均随BMI水平增高而升高,差异均有统计学意义(FLEP=1 003.39,FTNF-α=14.55,FA-FABP=47.57,P<0.001);延边地区小学生ADP平均水平随BMI水平增高而降低,差异亦有统计学意义(FADP=66.27,P<0.001).Spearman相关分析结果显示,延边地区小学生BMI与LEP,TNF-α,A-FABP水平呈正相关(r值=0.428,0.130,0.197,P<0.01),与ADP水平呈负相关(r=-0.195,P<0.01).[结论]延边地区小学生BMI与不同脂肪细胞因子均密切相关,且BMI与不同脂肪细胞因子相关性程度有所不同.
[Objective] To analyze the correlation between primary body mass index (BMI) and important adipocytokines in primary school students. [Methods] A total of 3879 Korean and Han primary school children in Yanbian area were collected by cluster sampling method. The general situation, BMI, ADP, A-FABP, LEP and TNF-α were determined by using the International Association of Life Sciences, China Obesity Task Force (WGOC) BMI standard was used to evaluate the BMI grade of students. [Results] The results of covariance analysis adjusted age, sex and ethnicity showed that the average level of LEP, TNF-α and A-FABP in primary school students in Yanbian increased with the increase of BMI (FLEP = 1 003.39, FTNF-α = 14.55, FA-FABP = 47.57, P <0.001). The average level of ADP in primary school students in Yanbian area decreased with the increase of BMI, the difference was also statistically significant (FADP = 66.27, P <0.001) .Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between BMI and levels of LEP, TNF-α and A-FABP in primary school students in Yanbian (r = 0.428,0.130,0.197, P <0.01) r = -0.195, P <0.01). [Conclusion] There is no significant difference between primary school students’ BMI and different adipocytokines They are closely related, and the degree of correlation between BMI and fat cells of different factors vary.
