课程实施是课程改革的一个重要组成部分,是决定课程改革成败的一个关键环节。如果理想的课程方案没有得到有效实施,课程改革就相当于一纸空文。教师本是新课程实施的主要力量,却在一定程度上反而成了新课程实施的阻抗力量。当然,新课程在实施过程中会遭遇到来自多方面的阻抗,但教师自身观念陈旧是影响和制约新课程实施和推进的重要因素之一。因此,分析和研究新课程实施中来自教师理念方面的阻抗力量,对于推进新课程的有效实施有着重要意义,也对促进教师专业发展具有同等重要性。
Curriculum implementation is an important part of the curriculum reform, and it is a key link that determines the success or failure of the curriculum reform. If the ideal course program has not been effectively implemented, the curriculum reform is equivalent to a dead letter. Teachers are the main force for the implementation of the new curriculum, but to a certain extent, they have instead become the impetus force for the implementation of the new curriculum. Of course, the new curriculum will encounter many obstacles in the implementation process, but teachers’ outdated concepts are one of the important factors that affect and restrict the implementation and promotion of the new curriculum. Therefore, analyzing and studying the resistance strength from the concept of teachers in the implementation of the new curriculum is of great significance for promoting the effective implementation of the new curriculum and is equally important for promoting the professional development of teachers.
