目的了解医用B超探头细菌污染状况,探讨其消毒措施。方法通过现场抽样检测方法,对某医院健康体检中专用B超探头进行了细菌学监测和消毒效果评价。结果共采集体检专用B超探头标本104份,细菌污染阳性率100%。分离的菌株中,以革兰阳性球菌为主,占76.93%。分别用生理盐水擦洗、500 mg/L含氯消毒剂和75%酒精擦拭消毒B超探头,对自然菌清除率分别为98.18%、99.82%和99.78%。结论医用B超探头微生物污染严重,所用两种消毒剂对B超探头均具有很好的消毒效果。
Objective To understand the status of bacterial contamination of medical ultrasound probe and to discuss its disinfection measures. Methods The bacteriological monitoring and disinfection effects of special B ultrasound probe in a hospital physical examination were evaluated by on-site sampling and testing methods. Results A total of 104 B-probe specimens were collected for physical examination. The positive rate of bacterial contamination was 100%. Isolated strains, mainly gram-positive cocci, accounting for 76.93%. Respectively, scrub with saline, 500 mg / L chlorine disinfectant and 75% alcohol wipe sterilized B-probe, the natural bacteria clearance rates were 98.18%, 99.82% and 99.78%. Conclusion The microbiological contamination of medical ultrasound probe is serious. The two disinfectants used have good disinfection effect on ultrasound probe.
