自噬是真核细胞所共有的、依赖溶酶体降解胞内异常蛋白和细胞器等以维持细胞正常功能的过程。细胞自噬一方面可以及时有效地清除受损的细胞器、错误折叠的蛋白质,另一方面也可以在饥饿条件下为机体提供能量和营养物质。国内外大量学者研究证明缺氧与自噬关系密切,缺氧会诱导自噬的发生,尤其是线粒体自噬。本文采用大型低压氧舱模拟海拔8 000m高原环境,旨在研究缺氧在不同时间对大鼠脑组织线粒体自噬的影响。作者选取SPF级Wistar大30只鼠,雄性,体重(180~
Autophagy is common to eukaryotic cells, relying on lysosomal degradation of intracellular abnormal proteins and organelles in order to maintain the normal function of cells. Autophagy on the one hand can be timely and effective removal of damaged organelles, misfolded protein, on the other hand can also provide energy and nutrients in the body under starvation conditions.
