目的:观察参芪救元汤对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法:以高脂饲料诱导加链脲佐菌素(STZ)25 mg·kg-1 ip建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型,随机分为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组(剂量0.25 g·kg-1)及参芪救元汤高、低剂量组(以生药量计,10,5 g·kg-1)。所有药物ig给药2周,观察参芪救元汤对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂及胰岛素含量(Ins)的影响。结果:参芪救元汤能降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖,治疗组给药7,14 d后血糖较模型组明显下降(P<0.05);与模型组相比,参芪救元汤可降低2型糖尿病大鼠的胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)并升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及Ins含量(P<0.05)。结论:参芪救元汤可降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖、血脂,其作用机制可能与促进分泌Ins、改善脂质代谢有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shenqidanyuantang on blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: A rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) was induced by high-fat diet with streptozotocin (STZ) 25 mg · kg-1 ip and was randomly divided into model group, metformin hydrochloride group (0.25 g · kg- Shenqi rescue Yuan Tang high and low dose group (with crude drug dose, 10,5 g · kg-1). All drugs were administered ig for 2 weeks to observe the effects of Shenqi Fuyuan Decoction on fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood lipid and insulin (Ins) in type 2 diabetic rats. Results: Shenqidanyuantang can reduce blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats, the treatment group after 7,14 d blood glucose levels were significantly lower than the model group (P <0.05); compared with the model group, (TC) and triglyceride (TG), and elevated HDL-C and Ins levels in type 2 diabetic rats (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuyuan decoction can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats. Its mechanism may be related to the promotion of secretion of Ins and the improvement of lipid metabolism.
