随着时代的不断进步与发展,我国立案登记制度在全国范围内开始施行。立案审查是立案登记过程中的核心,也是保障民主权利的一件大事。如何保障人民的诉权问题,是当下存在的主要问题。本文从原因和措施两个方面对我国立案登记制下的诉权保障作了简要分析。
With the continuous progress and development of the times, the system of registration of registrations in our country has been implemented nationwide. The filing of a case is the core of the process of registering a case and also a major issue of safeguarding the democratic rights. How to protect people’s right to appeal is the main problem nowadays. This article analyzes briefly the protection of the right of action under the system of registration and registration in our country from two aspects of the reasons and the measures.
