新课程实施中注重教师角色的转变,体育教师要与新课程同行,将在新课程中实现自身的发展,并将这种发展的成果用于新课程的建设。教师要从传统的角色中走出来,在教学过程中应与学生积极因素互动,共同发展。要处理好传授知识与培养能力的关系,注重培养学生独立性和自主性,引导学生质疑、调查、探究,在实践中学习,促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学习。教师应尊重学生的人格,关注个体差异,满足不同学生的学习需要,创设能引学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生都能得到充分发展。
