2016年以来,柳州市主动适应新常态,积极应对经济下行压力,及时出台实施一系列促进供给侧结构性改革的政策措施,经济总体保持平稳态势。当前世界经济复苏不及预期,国内经济结构调整、转型升级的阵痛还在持续,实体经济运行仍较困难,2017年将是柳州市全面深化供给侧结构性改革的关键一年。柳州市要按照国家、自治区的战略部署,顺势而为,以新理念引领新常态,坚定不移推进供给侧结构性改革,加快推动柳州市经济增长新旧动能的有序转换,奋力走出一条具有柳州特色的发展道路。
