近几年,吉林省通化县二轻工业发展很快,成果显著。1991年,通化县二轻工业产值达8581万元,销售收入完成6826万元,创利税1791万元,分别为1985年的6.7倍、4.6倍和14.9倍;与此同时,通化县二轻工业占全县工业经济的比重越来越大,其产值、利润、税金、上交利税四项指标,到1991年已分别占全县工业的20.4％、40.4％、20％、42.2％。经济效益连续两年居全省县市二轻工业之首。目前二轻工业已成为通化县经济发展的重要支柱之一。通化县二轻工业所以能得到较快的发展,其主要原因是: 一、领导重视,政策扶持,努力创造良好的外部条件。
