基于已有单一路基调控措施作用效果分析,提出发卡式热棒———隔热层复合路基调控工程措施,对复合调控措施作用机理、发卡式热棒结构设计、复合调控措施路基结构设计等进行了探讨,介绍了复合调控工程措施实体试验工程监测方案、施工过程及施工质量控制要点,观测数据表明:复合路基调控工程措施是将隔热层有较大热阻,能减少路基体暖季吸热,热棒冷季能主动对流换热冷却路基的各自的积极因素进行综合利用,在降低路基温度场方面效果明显,达到全年减少路基体吸热的积极作用,有利于保持多年冻土路基稳定。
