基于连分数有理逼近传动比,提出一种机床配换齿轮的快速精确的计算方法。可获得一系列的近似分数以便因子分解选择齿数。该方法方便易行,便于操作人员在生产现场调整机床使用[1.2]。
Based on the rational approximation gear ratio with continuous fraction, a fast and accurate calculation method of machine replacement gears is proposed. A series of approximate scores are available for factorization to select the number of teeth. The method is convenient and easy to use, which is convenient for the operator to adjust the machine tool at the production site [1.2].
