改进课堂教学行为、追求课堂教学效益的最大化已经逐步成为教师的共同追求。课堂教学效益能否实现最大化,课堂教学能否实现高效的关键在教师。在目前的初中英语课堂教学中,还普遍存在着或多或少的影响课堂教学效益最大化的因素,如:教学目标不够明确、缺乏层次性;对教材研究不足、教材处理粗糙、教教材现象严重;教学活动不合理、存在无效或低效活动;课堂练习针对性差且缺乏层次;对学生的关注不够、激励性评价过少等。针对这些问题,结合对英语高效课堂要求和“271”课堂模式的学习,笔者认为可以从以下五个方面入手,打造初中英语高效课堂。
