为了有效测量水压致裂方法中的重张压力,必须使用具有足够小柔度的试验设备,否则无法从重张压力估计垂直钻孔平面的最大水平应力。仅通过替换水压致裂系统中的某一部件来大幅度降低系统柔度是很难的。但如果流量计尽可能安装在靠近跨接式封隔器隔离出的钻孔测试区,那么系统柔度就会大大降低。为此,我们研制出配有井下流量计的试验系统,并在野外试验中成功验证。此外,我们还介绍了能开展几千米深应力测量的一种新方法。
In order to effectively measure the re-stress in a hydraulic fracturing method, a test rig with a sufficiently small compliance must be used or the maximum horizontal stress of the vertical drilling plane can not be estimated from the re-tensioned pressure. It is difficult to significantly reduce the system compliance simply by replacing a component in a hydraulic fracturing system. However, if the flow meter is installed as close as possible to the borehole test zone isolated by the jumper packer, the system compliance will be greatly reduced. To this end, we have developed a test system with a downhole flowmeter and successfully verified it in field trials. In addition, we introduced a new method for carrying out stress measurements of several kilometers.
