研究显示,在低碘区的甲状腺肿大儿童中,血浆硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著降低。采用低硒、低VE的人工合成饲料饲养大鼠8w后,可引起甲状腺素和自由基代谢紊乱[1]。推断甲状腺肿与低硒也有关[2]。本研究探讨硒和VE在甲状腺素代谢过程中是否有协同或拮抗作用及对甲状腺组织病理变化的影响。
Studies have shown that plasma thyroid and glutathione peroxidase activity are significantly reduced in goitre children with low iodine concentrations. Adopting low selenium and low VE synthetic feed to feed rats for 8 weeks can cause the disorder of thyroxine and free radical metabolism [1]. Inferred goiter and low selenium is also related [2]. This study was to investigate whether selenium and VE have synergistic or antagonistic effects on the thyroxine metabolism and the effects on thyroid histopathology.
