目的:探讨社区干预对老年高血压患者高血压防治知识知晓率及治疗效果.方法:选取本社区2019年5月-2020年5月时段内收治的老年高血压患者共200例,以随机数字表法划分为常规组(100例)和干预组(100例).常规组为常规治疗,干预组为常规治疗联合社区干预治疗,比较患者高血压防治知识总知晓率、血压水平.结果:和干预前相比,干预后高血压防治知识知晓率较高、血压水平较为稳控,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针对老年高血压患者,社区干预措施的使用,既可增强高血压防治知识知晓率,还可稳控血压水平,应引起重视.
