在等度洗脱条件下,分别用甲醇和乙腈作液相色谱/串联质谱法(LC/M S/M S)测定有机流动相,考查了35种农药的质谱响应差异。同样有机相占比和流速时,相较于甲醇,乙腈洗脱力更强,疏水性相对强的农药出峰更快。各农药在甲醇和乙腈中出峰时间差存在差异,出峰早的农药差异小,出峰晚的农药差异大。相较于乙腈,甲醇可增加农药的质谱峰面积响应。甲醇对用加氢峰测定农药质谱峰面积响应增加最大,对用加铵峰测定农药质谱峰面积响应增加次之,对用负离子模式测定农药质谱峰面积响应增加较小。
Under isocratic elution conditions, the organic mobile phase was determined by liquid chromatography / tandem mass spectrometry (LC / MS / MS) with methanol and acetonitrile, respectively, and the differences in mass spectral response of 35 pesticides were investigated. When the same organic proportion and flow rate, compared with methanol, acetonitrile eluting more strongly hydrophobic pesticides peak faster. Pesticides in methanol and acetonitrile in the time difference between the peak difference, early peak pesticide differences are small, peak late pesticide differences. Compared with acetonitrile, methanol can increase the mass spectral peak area response of pesticides. Methanol had the highest response to peak area of pesticide mass spectrum with hydrogenation peak. The response of peak area of pesticide mass peak followed by the addition of ammonium peak was the second, followed by negative ion mode.
