将自制的在线紫外消解器与原子荧光光谱仪联用,研究了在线紫外消解效率对砷甜菜碱(As B)和砷胆碱(As C)测定的影响。考察了紫外消解功率、紫外消解管路长度、辅助消解剂浓度、溶液p H等因素对紫外消解效率的影响。在优化的实验条件下,As B和As C的线性范围均为5~100μg/L,相关系数(r)分别为0.9972和0.9990,检出限分别为2.09μg/L和1.87μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为(n=11)2.7%和2.5%。将其与高效液相色谱分离系统联用,建立HPLC-UV-AFS联用系统,可望实现As B和As C等砷形态化合物的在线分离检测。
The effect of on-line ultraviolet digestion efficiency on the determination of As B and As C was studied with a homemade online UV digester coupled with an atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The effects of UV digestion power, length of UV digestion tube, concentration of auxiliary digestion reagent and pH of solution on UV digestion efficiency were investigated. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of As B and As C were 5 ~ 100 μg / L, the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.9972 and 0.9990, the detection limits were 2.09 μg / L and 1.87 μg / L respectively, The standard deviations were 2.7% and 2.5% respectively (n = 11). Combined with HPLC, HPLC-UV-AFS system was established to detect on-line separation of arsenic compounds such as As B and As C.
