作为华南地区大都会的广州,日新月异的变化大家有目共睹,在中外经济贸易,文化交流,交通地位方面,它都扮演着极其重要的角色。在即将加入世贸组织之际,随着社会经济发展,频繁的商务往来将令越来越多外商来穗从事经济贸易活动。如何令这部分为数不少的外商,在工作之余找到家的感觉?以此应运而生的商务公寓是否能为投资者带来新的契机呢?为此,笔者走访了于2001年8月28日竣工开售的广州远洋商务大厦。“宾至如归”找到家的感觉广州远洋商务大厦座落于散发着强烈的商业氛围与都市魅力的环市东路区庄立交桥边,与赢尽十五年口碑的远洋宾馆并肩傲立。该大厦楼高29层,总建筑面积2万多平方米,是广州(或全国)唯一全钢结构的五星级商务大厦。地下3层和地上9层为停车场,全套引进德国现代高科技停车设备,泊车位达200多个。商务大厦是目前广州唯一产权式商务酒店,拥有独立物业产权,与远洋宾馆属同一裙楼不同塔楼的姐妹楼。大厦业主或租客可通过6楼走廊直接进入宾馆的花园、泳池、健身房、中西餐厅……利用宾馆原有配套设施的优势,做到资源共享,配套互用,享受宾馆全套星级服务的同时,也采用五星级宾馆智能化物业管理,为住户提供专业酒店服务,糅合个性化居住与现代化办公于一身。笔者留意到,在该商务大厦里,每间样板房都在适当的空间安置
