目的:优选清脂通脉颗粒最佳制备工艺。方法:以酸枣仁皂苷A含量和干膏率为评价指标,高效液相色谱法定量,采用L9(34)正交设计试验法,对清脂通脉颗粒制备过程中的稀乙醇提取工艺进行优化;以挥发油的包含率为指标,对β-环糊精包含工艺进行研究。结果:最佳稀乙醇提取工艺为70%乙醇6倍量提取3次,每次1.5 h;挥发油:β-环糊精投料比例为1∶8,包合温度为40℃,包合时间为40 min。结论:优选得到的清脂通脉颗粒工艺稳定可行,适用于药物的制备。
Objective: To optimize the preparation of Qingzhi Tongmai granules.
