在简要介绍了定量指标模糊综合决策方法的基础上,提出并建立了二级定量指标模糊综合决策模型,并将该模型应用于药芯焊丝药芯粉配方对飞溅率影响的评判问题中。试验结果表明,模糊决策模型的评判结论与试验结果吻合良好,这说明该模型能够较为准确地通过对药芯焊丝飞溅率的评判来确定药芯粉配方的优劣,从而也证明了模糊决策方法应用于焊接领域中的可行性与有效性。
Based on the brief introduction of fuzzy comprehensive decision-making method of quantitative index, a fuzzy comprehensive decision-making model of two-level quantitative index is proposed and established. The model is applied to the evaluation of the influence of the flux-cored powder formula on the spattering rate. The experimental results show that the conclusion of the fuzzy decision model is in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that the model can accurately determine the merits of the powder formulations by judging the spattering rate of the flux cored wire, and also proves that the fuzzy decision method Application in the field of welding feasibility and effectiveness.
