汽车工业的发展可以带动整个国民经济的发展 ,但如何解决环境问题是发展汽车产业的关键。在我国发展汽车产业的同时 ,必须采取系统工程措施 ,控制机动车排放污染 ,把发展汽车产业、城市建设和治理环境污染 ,作为城市经济发展的主体进行整体规划。结合我国经济发展的地区差异 ,特别是小汽车的发展应该走“导向发展”与“控制发展”相结合的政策模式
The development of the automobile industry can drive the development of the entire national economy. However, how to solve environmental problems is the key to the development of the automobile industry. While developing the automobile industry in China, it is necessary to adopt systematic engineering measures to control emissions from motor vehicles and to develop the automobile industry, urban construction, and environmental pollution control as the main body of urban economic development for overall planning. Combining the regional differences in China’s economic development, especially the development of cars, we should adopt a policy model combining “oriented development” and “controlled development”.
