首先介绍了质量功能配置(QFD)及其核心技术质量屋(HOQ)的基本概念和工作原理,在此基础上就企业营销设计过程中应用QFD质量屋的可能性进行了阐述,进而提出了QFD质量屋应用于营销设计过程的一个概念模型,并进一步就此概念模型进行市场调研的两种方法进行了描述,阐述了运用QFD质量屋进行营销设计的基本程序.
