0.6T磁共振成像超导磁体的杜瓦容器是超导磁体系统的关键部件。其中,4个套装的双壁筒式容器是用铝合金、不锈钢焊接而成的。它不仅结构复杂,而且要求高的焊接质量和尺寸精度。文中着重叙述了通过试验研究、针对产品结构特点和技术要求制定的关键部件的焊接工艺和控制焊接变形,保证焊接质量和加工精度的措施,使研制工作取得圆满成功。
The Dewar container for a 0.6T MR imaging superconducting magnet is a key component of a superconducting magnet system. Among them, four sets of double-wall tube container is made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel welded together. It is not only complicated in structure, but also requires high welding quality and dimensional accuracy. The paper mainly describes the welding process of the key components and the measures to control the welding deformation and ensure the welding quality and machining accuracy through experimental research, product structural features and technical requirements, so that the research and development work is completed successfully.
