机械杠杆式地秤简称机械地秤,它广泛应用于工业、农业、商业、交通、国防等领域里的大宗物料称量上,在国民经济发展中起着重要的作用。但机械地秤也存在着结构复杂、支承部件易磨损和锈蚀、维修工作量大、称重速度慢、效率低、易作弊等诸多缺点。我国加入WTO后,各有关单位对称量结果的准确性、公正性、直观性也有了更高的要求。机械地秤的改造更新也益发显得重要。但由于机械地秤的整机采购安装费用较高,报废更新对使用单位也会产生一笔不小的费用,因此,制定合理的机械地秤更新原则,需要认真考虑对待。
Mechanical leverage scale referred to as mechanical weighbridge, which is widely used in industrial, agricultural, commercial, transportation, defense and other fields in the weighing of bulk materials, plays an important role in the national economic development. However, there are mechanical balance also has the complex structure, easy to wear and rust support components, maintenance workload, weighing slow, low efficiency, easy to cheat, and many other shortcomings. After China’s accession to the WTO, the relevant units have higher requirements on the accuracy, fairness and intuitiveness of weighing results. The improvement of mechanical weighing scales is also important. However, due to the high cost of machinery and equipment procurement and installation of the whole machine, scrapping and updating of the use of units will have a significant cost, therefore, to develop a reasonable principle of mechanical weighing scales need careful consideration.
