眼袋手术是美容外科常见的手术,随着人们生活水平的提高,美容手术逐年增多,尽管手术者谨慎细致,但睑外翻这一并发症仍时有发生,造成结膜充血,畏光流泪,甚至发生暴露性结膜炎。轻度睑外翻,有一段时间的自愈过程,但有些明显的睑外翻难以自愈,或有些人不堪忍受这一自愈过程,要求手术矫正。自1993年以来我们接诊4例6只眼睑袋术后睑外翻的病人,应用下睑退缩,同时提高眼轮匝肌张力的方法矫正效果满意。
Eye bag surgery is a common surgical operation of cosmetic surgery. With the improvement of people’s living standard, the number of cosmetic surgery increases year by year. Although the operation is cautious and meticulous, the complication of eyelid is still occurred from time to time, causing conjunctival hyperemia, photophobia and even Conjunctivitis occurs. Mild eyelid eversion, there is a period of self-healing process, but some obvious edema is difficult to heal, or some people can not stand the process of self-healing, requiring surgery to correct. Since 1993, we have treated 4 patients with eyelid eyelid pouch after 6 patients, the application of lower eyelid retraction, while improving orbital muscle tension correction method satisfactory results.
