利用高炉铁水直接浇注钢锭模等大型铸件,由于具有节省能源和材料、生产工艺简单和提高铸件(如钢锭模)使用寿命等优点,而在国内外得到了广泛的应用。我国首钢、鞍钢、本钢和太钢都已采用了这一工艺。高炉铁水同冲天炉铁水相比,它具有高碳、低磷和低硫的特点,所浇注的铸件的机械性能较低,高温机械性能更差,且易氧化,但具有良好的导热性能。本试验用稀士硅铁合金对高炉铁水进行处理,以有效地改善用高炉铁水浇注的铸件组织和性能及扩大高炉铁水的应用范围。
The use of blast furnace hot metal directly cast ingot mold and other large castings, has the advantages of saving energy and materials, simple production process and improve the service life of castings (such as ingot mold), which has been widely used at home and abroad. China’s Shougang, Anshan Iron and Steel, Benxi Iron and Steel have adopted this technology. Compared with the hot metal of the cupola, the hot metal of blast furnace has the features of high carbon, low phosphorus and low sulfur. The castings cast by them have lower mechanical properties, worse mechanical properties at high temperature and easy oxidation, but have good thermal conductivity. In this experiment, the molten iron of blast furnace was treated with rare-earth ferrosilicon alloy, so as to effectively improve the microstructure and properties of the casting cast by blast furnace hot metal and expand the application range of blast furnace hot metal.
